基于数据挖掘分析治疗慢性心力衰竭的中药专利复方用药规律

Analysis of Medication Regularity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Compound Prescription in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure Based on Data Mining

目的:基于知网治疗慢性心力衰竭中药复方专利,进行数据挖掘,探讨分析治疗慢性心力衰竭的用药规律。方法:检索中国知识资源总库(截至2021年12月)治疗慢性心力衰竭的中药专利复方,借助IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0、WPS Office Excel 11.1.0、SPSS Modeler18.0软件对中药专利复方进行药物频数、性味归经、关联规则及聚类分析。结果:对最终筛选出的80首专利中药方剂、266味中药进行分析,得出15味高频药物,通过关联规则分析挖掘出14条常用药物组合,包括药对3条,三味药的关联组合11条,涉及中药12味。通过聚类分析挖掘出4个中药聚类组合。中药归经分析以肝、肺、脾三经为主,性味以温,甘、苦为主。结论:高频药物和核心组方体现了中药专利复方对慢性心衰治疗原则以“益气温阳、益气养阴、活血化瘀”为主。挖掘治疗慢性心衰的中药专利复方,分析其用药配伍特点及组方规律,为中药治疗慢性心衰进一步深入临床实践奠定基础。

Objective to explore and analyze the rule of drug use in the treatment of chronic heart failure based on the patent of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription for the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods The patented compound prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic heart failure were searched in China knowledge Resources Database(up to December 2021).The frequency,four properties and five tastes,drug attributions,association rules and cluster analysis were analyzed with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0,WPS Office Excel 11.1.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.Results Based on the analysis of 80 patented traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and 266 traditional Chinese medicines selected,15 high frequency drugs were obtained.14 commonly used drug combinations were excavated through association rule analysis,including 3 drug pairs and 11 association combinations of three medicines,12 traditional Chinese medicines are involved.Four clustering combinations of traditional Chinese medicine were excavated by cluster analysis.The attributions analysis of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly based on the three drug attributions of liver,lung and spleen,and property is warm,tastes are sweet and bitter.Conclusion The high-frequency drugs and core prescription reflect the principle of“benefiting qi and warming yang,benefiting qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis”in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Excavate the patent compound prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic heart failure,and analyze the characteristics of drug compatibility and the rule of prescription,so as to lay a foundation for the further clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure.
