艾瑞昔布联合单髁置换术治疗内侧单间室膝骨关节炎的效果评价

Therapeutic efficacy of imrecoxib combined with unicompartmental knee arthroplasty on medial unicompartmental osteoarthritis

目的分析艾瑞昔布对单髁置换治疗膝骨关节炎围手术期的镇痛效果及安全性。方法随机选取2019年9月至2021年9月60例因膝骨关节炎行单髁人工膝关节置换术的患者,分析围手术期疼痛情况;根据患者围手术期镇痛方法的不同,分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。观察组口服艾瑞昔布镇痛对照组口服洛索洛芬钠镇痛,对照组口服洛索芬钠镇痛。观察2组术前,术后1、6个月后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、关节功能评分(KSS)和关节活动度(ROM)评分。结果2组患者术前一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过治疗2组的VAS评分、KSS评分、ROM评分与术前相比均显著改善(P<0.05);2组组间评分对比差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05),艾瑞昔布组VAS评分、KSS评分、ROM评分均与对照组相比显著改善(P<0.05)。结论艾瑞昔布联合单髁置换手术治疗内侧单间室膝骨关节炎患者镇痛效果明显。

Objective To analyze the perioperative analgesic effect and safety of imrecoxib on the treatment of medial unicompartmental osteoarthritis(MUO)by unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA).Methods Sixty patients who underwent UKA for MUO between September 2019 and September 2021 in our hospital were randomly recruited.The perioperative pain was analyzed.According to the different methods of perioperative analgesia,patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Oral loxoprofen sodium sodium and imrecoxib were respectively given to patients of control group and observation group.The Visual Analogue scale(VAS)scores,Knee Society Score(KSS)and range of motion(ROM)scores before surgery and at 1 and 6 months postoperatively were compared.Results VAS scores at 1 and 6 months postoperatively in both groups were significantly lower than those before surgery,while KSS scores were significantly higher(P<0.05).VAS scores at 1 and 6 months postoperatively were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group,while KSS scores were significantly higher(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in ROM scores and KSS scores in both groups were significantly recover compared with those before surgery(P<0.05);there was also a statistically significant difference in the comparison of scores between the two groups(P<0.05),and the VAS scores,ROM scores and KSS scores in the erexib group were significantly recover compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Imrecoxib combined with UKA produces an effective analgesic effect on MUO.
