沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合加味益气强心汤对慢性心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能的影响

Effect of sacubitril/valsartan combined with modified Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction on vascular endothelial function in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合加味益气强心汤对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取2021年4月至2022年4月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者94例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组47例。对照组给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦,研究组在对照组基础上给予加味益气强心汤,对比2组治疗前后的血管内皮功能、心功能、血清学相关指标变化情况以及疗效。结果研究组治疗后NO、NOS、CGRP高于对照组,ET低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组ALD、NT-porBNP、AngⅡ低于比对照组(P<0.05);研究组LVESD、LVEDD均低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为95.74%高对照组的76.59%(P<0.05)。结论CHF患者联合应用加味益气强心汤和沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗可以有效改善其血管内皮功能、心功能以及血清学相关指标,提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of sacubitril/valsartan combined with modified Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction on vascular endothelial function in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 94 CHF patients treated in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were randomly assigned into the study group(n=47)and the control group(n=47).All patients were managed by sacubitril/valsartan,and those in the study group were additionally treated with modified Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction.The aim was to compare vascular endothelial function,cardiac function,serological indicators,as well as curative effect.Results After treatment,higher nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS)and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP),and lower endothelin(ET)were detected in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Aldosterone(ALD),N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),angiotensin-2(AngⅡ)were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while,left ventricular ejective fraction(LVEF)was higher(P<0.05).The overall effective rate in the study group was better than that in the control group(95.74%vs 76.59%,P<0.05).Conclusion For CHF patients,sacubitril/valsartan combined with modified Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction can effectively improve vascular endothelial function,cardiac function and serological indicators,improve the therapeutic effect,and which is worthy of promotion.
