摘要
脓毒症在临床上十分常见,是导致入住重症监护室患者病死的最重要原因。脓毒症的致病机制十分复杂,以炎症风暴及损害为核心的多种致病因素参与其中。微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)属于非编码RNA的一类,大量的研究证据显示miRNA在脓毒症及其相关并发症中发挥着重要的调控作用。同时作为无创生物学指标,特异性miRNA在用于脓毒症的临床诊断及预后评估上也显示出了优良的价值。基于细胞或动物模型的研究显示,靶向miRNA的分子治疗方法可以改善脓毒症所致损害,这也为开发针对脓毒症的治疗新方法提供了重要参考。
Sepsis is very common and the most important cause of death in patients admitted to the intensive care unit(ICU).The pathogenic mechanism of sepsis is very complex,and a variety of pathogenic factors are involved in,in which the inflammatory storm is a core factor.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a type of non-coding RNAs that are of significance in sepsis and its complications.Serving as a non-invasive biomarker,specific miRNAs exert diagnostic and prognostic potentials in sepsis.In vitro and in vivo evidences have shown that miRNA-targeted therapy protects sepsis-induced injuries,which provides a vital reference for novel therapeutic strategies for sepsis.
