新疆南山农牧区体检人群体质指数和年龄与心血管疾病危险因素的关系

Correlations between body mass index,age and cardiovascular disease risk factors in physical examination population in Nanshan Agro-pastoral Area,Xinjiang

目的探讨新疆南山农牧区体检人群体质指数、年龄与心血管疾病三大危险因素的关系。方法依据2020年1~12月乌鲁木齐县某乡镇全民健康体检数据,采用t检验、χ^(2)检验、偏相关分析、logistic回归模型分析BMI与年龄对心血管疾病危险因素的相关性。结果高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常的SBP、DBP、FPG、BMI、TC、LDL差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,随着BMI及年龄的增长,高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常的患病率增加,超重/肥胖组的患病风险分别是正常/偏瘦组的3.049倍、1.385倍、2.349倍,年龄45~64岁患病风险分别是年龄18~44岁的4.101倍、2.420倍、3.779倍,年龄≥65岁患病风险分别是年龄18~44岁的11.517倍、3.931倍、5.449倍。结论超重/肥胖、年龄45~64岁和年龄≥65岁与心血管疾病危险因素密切相关,应加大健康宣教教育、采取干预措施、养成健康的生活方式。

Objective to explore the relationship between body mass index(BMI),age and three major risk factors of cardiovascular disease among physical examination population in Nanshan agricultural and pastoral area of Xinjiang.Methods Based on the national physical examination data of a township in Urumqi county from January to December 2020,the t-test,χ^(2)-test partial correlation analysis and logistic regression model were used to analyze the correlation between BMI,age and cardiovascular disease risk factors.Results Differences in SBP,DBP,FPG,BMI,TC and LDL of hypertension,diabetes and dyslipidemia were statistically significant(P<0.01).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the prevalences of hypertension,diabetes and dyslipidemia were positively correlated with BMI and age.The risk of the overweight/obesity group was 3.049,1.385 and 2.349 times that of normal/lean group,respectively;the risk of patients at 45-64 years old was 4.101,2.420,and 3.779 times that of patients at 18-44 years old,respectively;and the risk of patients≥65 years old was 11.517,3.931,and 5.449 times that of patients at 18-44 years old,respectively.Conclusion Overweight,obesity,age at 45-64 years old and age≥65 years old are closely correlated to the risk factors of cardiovascular disease.The intensified health education,intervention measures and healthy lifestyle should be taken.
