加工工艺对石料及沥青混合料性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of processing technology on the performance of stone and asphalt mixture

摘要 针对同一宕口玄武岩,采用两种不同生产工艺破碎,研究不同加工工艺的粗集料对沥青混合料的影响,通过分别取样进行了原材料检测以及沥青混合料体积指标及高温、水稳定性能的对比。结果表明,未整形集料与整形集料采用相同合成级配通过率时,进行马歇尔试验未整形集料混合料空隙率偏大不容易击实,整形集料混合料比未整形集料混合料冻融提高了9%,未整形集料混合料与整形集料混合料在60℃条件下动稳定度高6000次/mm,未整形集料混合料较整形集料混合料在70℃条件下动稳定度提高了14%,但整形集料混合料车辙的最大深度小于未整形集料混合料。 For the same Tangkou basalt,two different production processes were used to crush,and raw materials such as needle sheet,coarse aggregate skeleton clearance rate,crushing value and wear value were sampled respectively,and the influence of coarse aggregates of different processing technologies on asphalt mixture was studied.The results show that when the pass rate of the unshaped aggregate and the shaped aggregate are the same synthetic gradation,the void rate of the unshaped aggregate mixture in the Marshall test is too large and it is not easy to be compacted.Compared with the unshaped aggregate mixture,the freeze-thaw is increased by 9%,the dynamic stability of the unshaped aggregate mixture and the shaped aggregate mixture is>6000 times/mm at 60℃,and the dynamic stability of the unshaped aggregate mixture is increased by 14%compared with the shaped aggregate mixture at 70℃,but the maximum depth of the rut of the shaped aggregate mixture is less than that of the unshaped aggregate mixture.
