温拌再生SBS改性沥青及其混合料性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究温拌技术对再生SBS改性沥青及其混合料性能的影响,通过车辙试验、弯曲梁破坏试验等对其各项性能进行了探究。研究结果表明:温拌剂Evotherm的加入对SBS改性沥青的针入度、延度、软化点几乎没有影响,且与再生剂兼容性良好;温拌剂的掺入提高了再生SBS改性沥青与集料之间的黏附性以及本身的抗老化性能;相较于热拌技术而言,温拌再生SBS改性沥青混合料低温抗裂性以及水稳定性更优,高温性能略差,但仍满足路面使用的性能要求。 In order to study the influence of warm mixing technology on the performance of recycled SBS modified asphalt and its mixture,the various properties are explored through rut test and bending beam failure test.The test results show that the addition of warm mix agent Evotherm has little effect on the penetration,ductility and softening point of SBS modified asphalt,and it has good compatibility with regenerant.The incorporation of warm mixture improves the adhesion between recycled SBS modified asphalt and aggregate and its anti-aging performance.Compared with the hot mixing technology,the low temperature of recycled SBS modified asphalt mixture has better crack resistance and water stability and slightly worse high temperature performance,but it still meets the performance requirements of pavement use.
