摘要
为研究泡沫轻质土在高速公路工程的应用效果,通过制备泡沫轻质土,并选取监测路段,得到6个横断面的沉降差异值和沉降随时间的变化值。结果表明:通过设计满足要求的泡沫轻质土,并采用削坡阶梯拼接法等合理的施工工艺,辅以满足要求的施工质量,泡沫轻质土能够极大地减小对软土路基的压力,使新旧道路沉降差异值较小,且在竣工后14个月的沉降量最大值为32.6 mm,较好地满足了要求,解决了软土地基大体积扩建工程的要害问题。
In order to study the application effect of foamed light soil in expressway engineering,by preparing and using foamed light soil and selecting monitoring sections,the settlement difference value and the change value of settlement with time of 6 cross-sections were obtained.The results show that by designing a foam lightweight soil that meets the requirements,and adopting reasonable construction processes such as slope-cutting ladder splicing method,and supplemented by the construction quality required by the specification,the foamed lightweight soil can greatly reduce the pressure on the soft soil subgrade,so that the difference between the settlement of the new and old roads is small,and the maximum settlement amount in the 14 months after completion is 32.6 mm,which better meets the requirements of the specification and solves the key problem of a large number of square projects of soft soil foundation.
