雨雪天气下高速公路可变限速研究

摘要 针对雨雪天气情况下高速公路存在的通行效率下降和安全问题,提出了一种雨雪天气下可变限速控制方法,阐述了雨雪天气下可变限速系统的组成及工作流程,确定了雨雪天气下及道路线形下的最大安全车速,根据约束条件确定限速值,并进行仿真验证,结果表明:在雨雪天气下,采用可变限速控制可以减少车辆延误时间,提高通行效率和车辆平均行驶速度。 Aiming at the decline of traffic efficiency and safety problems of expressway in rainy and snowy weather,this paper proposes a variable speed limit control method in rainy and snowy weather,expounds the composition and working process of variable speed limit system in rainy and snowy weather,determines the maximum safe speed in rainy and snowy weather and road alignment,determines the speed limit value according to the constraint conditions,and conducts simulation verification.The results show that in rainy and snowy weather,variable speed limit control can reduce vehicle delay time,improve traffic efficiency and average vehicle speed.
