以张震辨治思想为指导的新型冠状病毒感染诊治策略

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Strategy of Novel Coronavirus Infection Guided by ZHANG Zhen's Thought of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment

自疫情暴发以来,中医药从全方位、多角度地参与抗击疫情的实践。以“三药三方”为代表的中药方剂在疫情防治中发挥着重要作用,许多中医名家从不同理论体系对新型冠状病毒感染的病机进行阐释,并指导实践。尽管对疾病病机的认识不尽统一,但均肯定疫疠毒邪在发病中的主导地位,强调疾病治疗应在辨证指导下开展。张震教授精研辨证学与治疗学,结合张震教授辨证理念-中医证的两态三三构型规律,及临床中总结的经验方剂,总结新型冠状病毒感染的辨治策略。根据疾病进展不同阶段的病机特点,分初期、发热期、恢复期三期进行治疗,结合恢复期不同的主症,分别推荐治疗方剂。以期为此病的临床治疗提供思路和借鉴,助力“保健康、防重症”目标的实现。

Since the outbreak of the epidemic,traditional Chinese medicine has participated in the practice of fighting the epidemic from all aspects and angles.Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,represented by“three medicines and three prescriptions”,play an important role in the prevention and treatment of epidemic situation.Many famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners explain the pathogenesis of novel coronavirus infection from different theoretical systems and guide the practice.Although the understanding of the pathogenesis of the disease is not uniform,they all affirm the dominant position of pestilence toxin in the pathogenesis,and emphasize that the treatment of the disease should be carried out under the guidance of syndrome differentiation.Professor ZHANG Zhen studies syndrome differentiation and therapeutics.This paper summarized the syndrome differentiation and treatment strategies of novel coronavirus infection by combining Professor ZHANG Zhen's syndrome differentiation concept,the two-state three-three configuration law of TCM syndrome,and the empirical prescriptions summarized in clinical practice.According to the pathogenesis characteristics of different stages of disease progression,the treatment was divided into three stages:initial stage,fever stage and recovery stage.Combined with different main symptoms in the recovery stage,the treatment prescriptions were recommended respectively in order to provide ideas and reference for the clinical treatment of this disease and help the realization of the goal of protecting health and preventing severe illness.
