高职院校思政课教学与立德树人融合路径研究

新时代下,立德树人是高职院校思政课教学的根本任务与基本遵循。当前高职院校思政课教学受到学生、学校、社会与教师等因素影响,教学成效并不乐观。推动高职院校思政课教学与立德树人融合,是党的优良传统,是高职院校的首要职能,亦是时代的正确选择。因此,应通过明确立什么德、树什么人的根本问题,改进教育理念并创新教学方法,做好思政课立德树人的保障工作等路径,实现思政课教学与立德树人深度融合,提升高职院校人才培养质量。

In the new era,building morality and cultivating people is the fundamental task and basic compliance of ideological and political teaching in higher vocational colleges.At present,ideological and political teaching in higher vocational colleges is affected by students,schools,society,teachers and other factors,and the teaching effect is not optimistic.Promoting the integration of ideological and political teaching and morality building in higher vocational colleges is the fine tradition of the Party,the primary function of higher vocational colleges,and the correct choice of the times.Therefore,we should realize the deep integration of ideological and political teaching and moral education,and improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges by clarifying the fundamental problems of what morality and who should be established,improving educational ideas,innovating teaching methods,and doing a good job in the guarantee work of moral education and people cultivation in ideological and political courses.
