双因素理论视域下教师党支部书记激励机制探究

摘要 尽管当前高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记的作用得到发挥,党支部师生思想政治工作的成效有所提升,党支部的组织功能也得到了进一步的增强,但在队伍建设过程中仍存在激励机制不健全的问题,导致一些“双带头人”教师党支部书记对抓好基层党建工作以及创新教师思想政治工作的热情不高,工作归属感不强,影响了党支部感召力、凝聚力和战斗力的发挥。而激励机制对推动党支部书记履职尽责有着十分重要的作用。本文以心理学双因素理论为研究的落脚点,以泉州信息工程学院为例,从保健因素和激励因素两个角度,根据当前激励机制建设过程中出现的问题,剖析问题原因,联系工作实际提出激励机制的策略及创新路径。 Although the role of“double leaders”teachers’Party branch secretaries in colleges and universities has been brought into full play,the ideological and political work of Party branch teachers and students has been improved,and the organizational function of Party branch has been further enhanced,the problem of imperfect incentive mechanism still exists in the process of team building.As a result,some“double leaders”teachers’Party branch secretaries do not have high enthusiasm and strong sense of belonging in the grassroots Party building work and teachers’ideological and political work,which affects the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party branch.The incentive mechanism is of great significance to promote party branch secretaries to fulfill their duties.This paper chooses psychology two-factor theory as the research basis,taking Quanzhou Institute of Information Engineering as an example,analyzes the existing deficiencies of the current construction of incentive mechanism from two perspectives of health care factors and incentive factors,and puts forward the optimal path to improve the incentive mechanism combining with the actual work.
