高校学生社团党支部组织力建设提升路径研究

Research on the Problems Existing in the Construction of the Organizational Strength of the Party Branch of College Student Associations and Measures for Corresponding Improvement

高校学生社团日益成为第二课堂的主要阵地以及校园文化建设和思想政治工作的重要载体。借鉴中国共产党百年历史经验以及党团工作经验,将支部建在社团上是解决社团目前存在诸多问题的最佳方案。本文以外文宣讲团这一学生社团为研究对象,通过行动研究法对其开展为期三年的考察调研,旨在探索社团党支部建设路径及其组织力的提升方法,从而为社团健康发展提供可参考可复制方案,提升高校社团的育人成效。

College student associations have increasingly become the main front of the second classroom and an important carrier of campus culture construction and ideological and political work.This paper takes the foreign language publicity group,a student association,as the research object,and carries out a three-year investigation and research on it through the action research method,in order to explore the construction path of the Party branch of the association and the ways to improve its organizational power,so as to provide a reference and reproducible scheme for the healthy development of the association and improve the educational effect of the college associations.
