课程思政背景下劳动教育与土建专业教学融合研究

摘要 劳动教育是高校培养人才的一个重要环节,面对当前青年学生缺乏劳动精神,劳动教育与专业教育缺乏相互有机融合。以土建类专业为例,在专业课程及专业实践过程中通过组建劳动教育与专业融合师资团队,创新教育模式,引导学生正确的劳动价值取向,通过探索并实施融入劳动教育的评价方法,产业教授示范引领,校企共促劳动教育与专业融合,提高劳动教育效果,将劳动教育与专业教育两者相互协同,共同促进培养高素质技术技能型人才。 Labor education is an important part of the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,in the face of the current lack of labor spirit of young students,labor education and professional education lack of organic integration.Taking civil engineering majors as an example,in the process of professional courses and professional practice,through the formation of a team of teachers for the integration of labor education and professions,innovative education models,and guidance of students’correct labor value orientation,through the exploration and implementation of evaluation methods for integrating labor education,industry professors lead by demonstration,schools and enterprises jointly promote the integration of labor education and professions,improve the effect of labor education,and coordinate labor education and professional education to jointly promote the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents.
