基于工作室制教学模式的动漫设计与制作专业教学改革

Teaching Reform of Animation Design and Production Specialty Based on Studio Teaching Mode

在教育改革深入发展背景下,工作室制教学模式逐渐呈现出来,这一教学模式的出现是必然趋势。同时,在动漫设计与制作专业教学改革中已经普遍应用工作室制教学模式。在应用过程中,可以最大化地增强学生和教师之间的互动,帮助教师很好地管理学生,促进学生动漫设计与制作水平的提高,进而让最终的教学目标实现。对此,本文主要分析工作室制教学模式的特点和重要性,探究基于工作室制教学模式的动漫设计与制作专业教学改革价值,最后提出设计符合市场需求的人才培养计划、打造比较完善的动漫课程相关机制等改革路径。

In the context of the in-depth development of educational reform,the studio based teaching model has gradually emerged,which is an inevitable trend.At the same time,the studio based teaching model has been widely used in the teaching reform of animation design and production.In the application process,it can maximize the interaction between students and teachers,help teachers manage students well,promote the improvement of students’animation design and production level,and then achieve the ultimate teaching goal.In this regard,this paper mainly analyzes the characteristics and importance of studio based teaching mode,explores the value of teaching reform in animation design and production based on studio based teaching mode,and finally proposes reform paths such as designing a talent training plan that meets the market demand,and creating a relatively complete animation curriculum related mechanism.
