摘要
在船用低速柴油机的管系设计中引入系列化理念,探索船用低速柴油机控制空气管系的设计方法,并对其进行创新改进。基于船用低速柴油机的控制空气系统,结合其管系及关键部件的基本设计要求,提出控制空气进气管系的布置方案,有效减少了管系规格数量,提高了控制空气进气管系在各系列船用低速柴油机之间的方案适用性,提出适用于各种船用低速柴油机的系列化控制空气进气管系设计方案。
The concept of serialization has been introduced in the piping design for marine lowspeed diesel engines,exploring the design method of the control air piping system for marine lowspeed diesel engines,and innovating and improving it.Based on the control air system of marine lowspeed die-sel engines,combined with the basic design requirements of the piping system and the design of key components,a layout scheme for the control air intake pipe system is proposed,which effectively reduces the number of pipe system specifications,improves the applicability of the control air intake pipe system between various series of marine lowspeed diesel engines,and proposes a series of control air intake pipe system plans that can be promoted to various models.
