摘要
基于某款满足国五排放要求的轻型客车试验数据,确定同款可满足国六排放要求的轻型客车动力性和经济性开发目标。将3种不同速比的变速箱参数及2种不同速比的后桥参数组合,形成6种动力链,利用Cruise软件建立满足国六排放要求的轻型客车的动力链模型,并对其进行动力性和经济性分析,选择最适合的动力链方案。试验结果表明:选择的动力链方案完全满足整车的动力性要求,所开发的满足国六排放要求的轻型客车具有一定的市场竞争力。
Based on the test data of a light passenger meeting China-V vehicle emission standard,the development objectives for dynamic and economy of the light passenger meeting China-Ⅵvehicle emission standard have been determined.Six power chains were formed by combining three transmission parameters with different speed ratios and two rear axle parameters with different speed ratios.The power chain model of a light passenger meeting China-Ⅵvehicle emission standard was established using Cruise software,and its dynamic and economic performance were analyzed to select the most suitable power chain scheme.The test results show that the selected power chain scheme fully meets the dynamic requirements of the whole vehicle,and the developed light passenger meeting China-Ⅵvehicle emission standard has a certain market competitiveness.
