驾驶行为对轻型车实际行驶污染物排放特性的影响

Influence of driving behavior on real drive emission characteristics of light vehicles

为研究在不同驾驶行为下某轻型车的实际行驶污染物排放(RDE)特性,采用便携式车载排放分析设备,分别在激烈驾驶行为、正常驾驶行为、柔和驾驶行为3种条件下对某电控增压进气道喷射(PFI)发动机进行了RDE试验研究(试验时未对发动机进行任何改动)。结果表明:激烈驾驶行为在市区工况影响最大;CO和氮氧化物(NO_(x))排放结果与加速行为呈现正相关,即激烈驾驶行为排放>正常驾驶行为排放>柔和驾驶行为排放,其中CO的总体符合性因子在激烈驾驶行为下超过符合性因子限值(2.1),而NO_(x)的符合性因子在激烈驾驶行为下市郊工况明显增加,且在限值以内;激烈驾驶行为下所排放的颗粒数(PN)远高于柔和驾驶行为,且郊区工况颗粒物(PM)排放最多,高速次之,整体排放结果远超过符合性因子限值(2.1)。国六车型开发时应重点优化整车的CO和PM排放。

In order to study the real drive emission(RDE)characteristics of a light vehicle under different driving behaviors,a portable emission measurement system was used to carry out RDE test research on an electronically controlled port fuel injection(PFI)engine under intense driving behavior,normal driving behavior and soft driving behavior,without any changes to the engine during the test.The results show that the driving behavior affects positive acceleration,and the urban driving conditions under intense driving behavior have the greatest impact.CO and NO_(x)emission results are positively correlated with acceleration behavior,the result is intense driving behavior>normal behavior>soft driving behavior,in which the overall compliance factor of CO exceeds compliance factor limit(2.1)under intense driving behavior,while the compliance factor of NO_(x)significantly increases in suburban driving conditions under intense driving behavior,and is within the limit.The particulate number(PN)under intense driving behavior is far higher than that under soft driving behavior,and the particulate matter(PM)emission under suburban conditions is the largest,followed by high-speed conditions,and the overall emission result is far more than compliance factor limit(2.1).It is suggested that in the development of China−Ⅵvehicles,attentions should be focused on the CO and PM emissions of the whole vehicle.
