摘要
从降低制造成本、减少安装工时、结构轻量化角度出发,对符合国六排放标准的轻型柴油车尿素箱总成进行结构优化及验证。将尿素箱结构从分体式优化为一体式,并利用有限元软件对优化设计方案进行应力分析,根据分析结果选择最优方案。将采用最优方案生产的样件装配于实车上,进行等效于20万km的强化路面耐久可靠性测试。结果表明:优化后的一体式尿素箱在满足结构强度和耐久可靠性的前提下,不仅可以实现结构轻量化,而且可以减少安装工时和降低制造成本。该优化设计可以为柴油机后处理系统的可靠性设计提供参考。
From the perspective of reducing manufacturing costs,reducing installation hours and lightweight,the structure optimization and verification of the urea box of a China-Ⅵlight diesel vehicle was carried out.The urea box structure was optimized from split to integrated structure,and the stress analysis of the optimized design scheme was simulated by finite element software,and the best scheme was selected based on the analysis results.The durability and reliability of the best scheme sample on the real vehicle was verified.The sample produced by the best scheme was assembled on a real vehicle and subjected to durability and reliability testing of the reinforced pavement equivalent to 200000 km.The results show that the optimized integrated urea box not only achieves lightweight but also achieves the goal of reducing installation hours and production costs under the premise of meeting the requirements of structural strength,durability and reliability.It can provide reference for the reliability design for the subsequent post-processing system.
