随着数字技术不断发展,我国数字经济与实体经济的深度融合进入了新阶段:数字技术对实体经济的影响进入iPhone时刻,互联网企业经营重心加速从消费互联网转向产业互联网,传统企业开始利用自身行业优势发力产业互联网建设,乃至国家间开始将竞争策略延伸至数字技术领域。与此同时,也存在数据隔离现象日益突出、关键技术自主可控亟待实现、企业数字化程度不平衡以及劳动者面临失业风险等现实挑战。针对上述挑战,为加快推进数字经济与实体经济深度融合,抢占全球发展先机,应着力打破数据孤岛,深度释放数据要素价值;发挥体制优势,全力攻克关键核心技术;关注中小企业,多措并举帮扶数字化转型;完善人才培养,降低数实融合的就业冲击;拓展国际合作,构建互利共赢的新规则。

With the rapid development of digital technology,the deep integration of China′s digital economy and the real economy has entered a new stage:the impact of digital technology on the real economy has entered the iPhone moment,the focus of Internet business accelerated from the consumer Internet to the industrial Internet,traditional enterprises began to use their own industry advantages to force the construction of the industrial Internet,and countries began to extend their competitive strategies into the digital technology sector.At the same time,there exists real challenges such as increasing data segregation,the urgent need to achieve independent control of key technologies,uneven digitization of enterprises and the risk of unemployment for workers.In response to the above challenges,in order to accelerate the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy and seize global development opportunities,we should focus on breaking the data silos and releasing the value of data elements in depth;give full play to institutional advantages and make every effort to overcome key core technologies;pay attention to SMEs and take multiple measures to help digital transformation;improve talent training and reduce the employment impact of digital and real integration;and expand international cooperation and build new rules for mutual benefit and win-win situation.
