电刺激疗法联合康复训练在产后盆底修复中的应用效果

Application effect of electrical stimulation therapy combined with rehabilitation training in postpartum pelvic floor repair

目的探讨电刺激疗法联合康复训练在产后盆底修复中应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月在呼和浩特市妇幼保健院盆底修复科进行产后康复的67名产妇作为研究对象,采用掷硬币法分为对照组(28名)与试验组(39名)。对照组接受康复训练疗法,试验组接受电刺激疗法配合康复训练进行产后盆底功能康复治疗,以阴道动态压力值、Ⅰ类肌纤维肌力、Ⅰ类肌纤维疲劳度、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力、Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度以及盆底障碍性疾病发生率为判断指标,考察产妇经治疗干预前后盆底功能修复状况。结果治疗前,两组产妇的阴道动态压力值、Ⅰ类肌纤维肌力、Ⅰ类肌纤维疲劳度、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力、Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组的阴道动态压力、Ⅰ类肌纤维肌力、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力及Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后的盆底障碍性疾病总发生率低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电刺激疗法联合康复训练在产妇产后康复中发挥显著效用,可使其盆底肌恢复正常功能,有效降低盆底功能障碍性疾病发生率。

Objective To investigate the application effect of electrical stimulation therapy combined with rehabilitation training in postpartum pelvic floor repair.Methods A total of 67 parturients who underwent postpartum rehabilitation in the Department of Pelvic Floor Repair of Huhhot Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(28 cases)and the experimental group(39 cases)by coin toss method.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the experimental group received electrical stimulation therapy combined with rehabilitation training for postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation.The vaginal dynamic pressure,typeⅠmuscle fiber strength,typeⅠmuscle fiber fatigue,typeⅡmuscle fiber strength,typeⅡmuscle fiber fatigue,and the incidence of pelvic floor disorders were used as the evaluation indicators.The pelvic floor function repair status before and after treatment intervention was investigated.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in vaginal dynamic pressure,typeⅠmuscle fiber strength,typeⅠmuscle fiber fatigue,typeⅡmuscle fiber strength,and typeⅡmuscle fiber fatigue between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the vaginal dynamic pressure,typeⅠmuscle fiber strength,typeⅡmuscle fiber strength and typeⅡmuscle fiber fatigue of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of pelvic floor disorders in the experimental group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrical stimulation therapy combined with rehabilitation training plays a significant role in postpartum rehabilitation,which can restore the normal function of pelvic floor muscle and effectively reduce the incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction.
