摘要 免耕播种具有省时省工、节水节肥和抗旱保全苗等显著优点,被广泛应用于农业生产中。近些年,我国免耕播种技术及装备发展迅速,整体水平得到有效提升,但也存在着整机地域适应性差,传动系统不可靠,破茬入土能力不足,以及播深株距不稳定等问题,严重影响免耕播种机作业质量。为助力黑龙江省保护性免耕播种技术推广应用,根据实际农艺要求和气候条件差别,研制一种新型气吸式免耕精量播种机,可满足玉米、大豆作物在少免耕地的垄上或者平作条件下精量播种作业。经过田间性能试验,整机性能稳定,作业质量可靠,满足国家及行业相关标准规定要求。 No-tillage sowing has significant advantages such as saving time,labor,water,fertilizer,and drought resistance,and is widely used in agricultural production.In recent years,China’s no-tillage sowing technology and equipment have developed rapidly,and the overall level has been effectively improved.However,there are also problems such as poor regional adaptability of the entire machine,unreliable transmission system,insufficient ability to break into soil,and unstable sowing depth and spacing,which seriously affect the quality of no-tillage sowing machine operations.In order to assist in the promotion and application of protective no tillage sowing technology in Heilongjiang Province,a new type of air suction no tillage precision seeder has been developed based on actual agronomic requirements and differences in climate conditions.It can meet the precision sowing operation of corn and soybean crops on ridges or flat cultivation conditions with less or no farmland.After field performance tests,the entire machine has stable performance,reliable operation quality,and meets the requirements of relevant national and industry standards.
