种子清选机喂入量动态监测系统的设计

摘要 种子清选机是基于种子与杂质之间在外形、重量、表面特性等方面存在的差异性,对种子进行分级,保证得到大小均匀、饱满度高和质量好的种子,为农业生产提供良好的基础条件。在种子清选机进行清选加工过程中,种子喂入量是影响种子清选机的重要因素,随着种子喂入量的增加会降低种子清选效率。针对以上问题,以种子清选机喂入量为研究目标,以PLC控制技术和变频调控技术实现种子清选机喂入量的自动监测,对关键部件与模块进行分析,实现对种子清选机喂入量的动态监测与控制。研究结果对于提升种子清选机自动化水平具有重要意义,具有一定的应用与推广价值。 Seed cleaning machine is based on the differences in appearance,weight,surface characteristics,and other aspects between seeds and impurities.It classifies seeds to ensure uniform size,high plumpness,and good quality,providing a good foundation for agricultural production.During the cleaning process of the seed cleaning machine,the amount of seed feeding is an important factor affecting the cleaning machine.Increasing the amount of seed feeding will reduce the efficiency of seed cleaning.In response to the above issues,the research goal is to achieve automatic monitoring of the feeding amount of the seed cleaning machine using PLC control technology and variable frequency regulation technology.Key components and modules are analyzed to achieve dynamic monitoring and control of the feeding amount of the seed cleaning machine.The research results are of great significance for improving the automation level of seed cleaning machines,and have certain application and promotion value.
