摘要 旨在探讨农业机械零件数控加工方法,以提高零件加工的精度和效率。介绍了数控加工技术的发展历程,并针对农业机械零件加工的特点和需求,分析了数控加工技术在农业机械零件加工中的优势和应用,详细介绍了数控加工技术在农业机械零件加工中的具体操作流程和注意事项。通过试验验证了数控加工技术在农业机械零件加工中的效果,并总结了该技术的优缺点及发展前景。 This paper aims to explore CNC machining methods for agricultural machinery parts to improve the accuracy and efficiency of parts processing.The basic principles and development history of CNC machining technology are introduced.According to the characteristics and needs of agricultural machinery parts processing,the advantages and applications of CNC machining technology in the processing of agricultural machinery parts are analyzed.The specific operation process and precautions of CNC machining technology in the processing of agricultural machinery parts are introduced in detail.Through experiments,the effect of CNC machining technology in the processing of agricultural machinery parts is verified,and the advantages,disadvantages and development prospects of this technology are summarized.
