增塑剂回收醇循环利用技术研究

摘要 循环利用增塑剂回收醇在零设施投入的情况下,通过改进回收醇的处理方法,低沸物的产生量可下降60%,同时增加了异丁醇的回收量,返回系统生产后异丁醇的消耗下降0.8 kg/t产品,降低了增塑剂的生产成本,年产生效益40多万元,具有降耗减排、增加经济效益的实际意义。 Recycle the plasticizer to recover alcohol,under the condition of zero facility investment,by improving the treatment method of recovery alcohol,the production of low boiling matter can be reduced by 60%,and the recovery of isobutanol is increased.After the production of isobutanol is returned to the system,the consumption of isobutanol is reduced by O.8 kg/t product,and the production cost of plasticizer is reduced.The annual benefit is more than 400000 yuan,which has the practical significance of reducing consumption,emission reduction,and economic benefits.
