芭纱木-PEG储能建筑材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了使芭纱木建材具有一定的室内温度调节功能,形成具有储放热性能的相变储能材料,本次研究对芭纱木原木实施细胞壁去除处理,进而取得木质基多孔封装载体。在此基础上通过真空浸渍的方法将聚乙二醇(PEG)嵌入芭纱木中,形成芭纱木-PEG木质基相变储能复合材料。采用红外温度检测仪、差示扫描量热测试、氙灯耐候试验箱等仪器对复合材料的储放热性能及其在循环储放热过程中所体现出来的化学稳定性进行测试。经实验研究发现,本次研究所制备的芭纱木-PEG储能建筑材料储放热性能优良,具有可靠的化学稳定性和热稳定性,具有一定的应用价值。 This paper aims to make the balsa turned into phase-change energy storage building materials with not only heat storage and release properties but certain indoor temperature regulation function.First,the cell wall removal treatment was carried out on an Ochroma pyramidale(balsa)log to obtain a wood-based porous packaging carrier.On this basis,polyethylene glycol(PEG)is embedded in the carrier by vacuum impregnation to prepare wood-based(balsa-PEG)composite phase change materials.Then,infrared temperature detector,differential scanning calorimetry test,xenon lamp weathering test chamber and other instruments were used to test the heat storage and release performance of the prepared balsa-PEG composite material and its chemical stability during the cycle heat storage and release process.Results demonstrated that the prepared balsa-PEG energy storage building material has a certain application value with excellent heat storage and release performance,reliable chemical and thermal stability.
