鄂尔多斯盆地非常规油气开发技术与管理模式

摘要 作为我国第二大含油气盆地,鄂尔多斯盆地近年来油气产量快速增长,油气当量规模已超8000万吨,目前已成为我国最大油气生产盆地和第一大天然气产区。其中盆地内最大油气生产单位一长庆油田,依靠科技创新,让“三低”油气田实现可持续效益开发,油气当量突破6500万吨,创造了国内油气田年产油气最高纪录。在油气增储上产的需求下,新能源快速接替,页岩油和致密气已逐步实现规模效益建产。本文依托地质理论创新和关键技术攻关,优化了非常规油气开发的主体和配套技术,多措并举,改革了管理模式,油气勘探开发不断取得突破性进展,加快资源向储量、储量向产量转化,实现地质储量和产量快速增长。盆地内丰富的非常规油气资源,将成为下一步油气接替开发的重要领域,接下来仍需持续加强勘探开发技术攻关,不断提高单井产量及采收率,为保障国家能源安全、实现油田持续稳产上产提供资源和技术保障。 As the second largest basin in our country,in Ordos Basin,oil and gas production has grown rapidly in recent years,and its equivalent has exceeded 80 million tons.The Basin has become the largest oil and gas production basin and the largest nature gas production region.Changqing oilfield,the largest oil and gas production enterprise in the basin,relied on scientific and technological innovation to realize sustainable development of the"three-low"oil and gas field.At present,the oil and gas equivalent of Changqing oilfield has exceeded 65 million tons,creating the highest annual oil and gas production record in domestic oilfields.Under the demand of increasing oil and gas reserve and production,new energy resources are rapidly taking over,and shale oil and tight gas reserves are gradually developed effectively.Based on geological theory innovation and key technology breakthrough,the main and supporting development technologies of unconventional oil and gas have been optimized,and the management modes have been reformed under various measures.Great progress has been made in the exploration and development of oil and gas,and the rapid transformation of resources to reserves and reserves to production was realized to increase geological reserves and production rapidly.The rich unconventional oil and gas resources in the basin will become an important area for oil and gas development of Changqing oilfield in the future.So it is necessary to continuously strengthen the research of exploration and development technology to improve the production and recovery efficiency,and provide resources and technology support for ensuring national energy security and realizing sustainable and stable production.
