衍生血小板相关比值与缺血性脑卒中预后相关性的研究进展

Research progress on the correlation between derived platelet-related ratios and prognosis of ischemic stroke

缺血性脑卒中是卒中常见的类型,具有高复发率、高致残率的特点,已成为患者死亡和残疾的主要原因之一。血小板在缺血性脑卒中发病机制中扮演着重要角色。近年来研究发现血小板相关比值在预测缺血性脑卒中的预后和转归方面具有重要的临床价值。现就平均血小板体积与血小板(MPV/PC)比值、血小板与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)、平均血小板体积与淋巴细胞比值(MPVLR)、血小板与中性粒细胞比值(PNR)、红细胞分布宽度与血小板比值(RPR)等衍生血小板相关比值与缺血性脑卒中预后相关性的研究进展进行综述。

Ischemic stroke is the common type of stroke,with the characteristics of high recurrence rate and high disability,and has become one of the main causes of death and disability.Platelet plays an important role in the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke.In recent years,studies have found that platelet related ratio has important clinical value in predicting the prognosis and outcome of ischemic stroke.In this review,we summarize the recent development of prognostic relevance between derived platelet-related ratios and ischemic stroke,such as the mean platelet volume-to-platelet count(MPV/PC)ratio,platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR),mean platelet volume-to-lymphocyte ratio(MPVLR),platelet-to-neutrophil ratio(PNR),red blood cell distribution width-to-platelet ratio(RPR).
