The transformation of government service practice reflects the continuous production of the interface between the state and society.The evolution of government service interfaces is demonstrated by the transition from a fragmented interface to a centralized interface,and then to an upgraded intelligent interface.This trend is characterized by a shift from fragmentation to integration in the interface form,from physical space to digital space in the interface carrier,from one-way supply to two-way interaction in the interface level,and from compartmentalization to cooperation in the interface rules.The continuous production of government service interfaces is a compound result of the logic of the internal and external environment,the logic of strategy and structure adjustment,and the logic of technology support at the soft and hard levels.The continuous production of interfaces between the state and society provides unlimited possibilities for the evolution of government services.However,as a governance tool,the interface should adhere to the concept of people-oriented and promote good interaction between the state and society.
