治疗肺动脉高压内皮素受体拮抗剂遴选量化评估

Quantitative Evaluation for Selection of Endothelin Receptor Antagonists in the Treatment of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

目的为医疗机构引进肺动脉高压(PAH)治疗药物提供参考。方法以《中国医疗机构药品评价与遴选快速指南》和相关文献中的要求、标准为基础,制订药物遴选量化评估内容表,分析3种内皮素受体拮抗剂的药学特性、有效性、安全性、经济性及其他属性(国家医保中定位、是否为基本药物、贮藏条件、有效期、全球上市情况、生产企业实力),并进行量化评分与评估。结果波生坦片、安立生坦片、马昔腾坦片量化评分分别为75.4分、73.4分、65.1分,此亦为3种药物进入医疗机构用药目录的推荐顺序。结论波生坦片可作为医疗机构优先引进治疗PAH的内皮素受体拮抗剂。

Objective To provide a reference for medical institutions to introduce drugs in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH).Methods Based on the requirements and standards in the Quick Guideline for Drug Evaluation and Selection in Chinese Medical Institutions and relevant studies,a quantitative evaluation table for drug selection was formulated to analyze the pharmaceutical characteristics,effectiveness,safety,economy and other attributes(positioning in national medical insurance,whether essential drugs or not,storage conditions,expiration date,status of global market and strength of manufacturing enterprise)of three endothelin receptor antagonists,and these drugs were quantitatively scored and evaluated.Results The quantitative scores of Bosentan Tablets,Ambrisentan Tablets and Macitentan Tablets were 75.4 points,73.4 points and 65.1 points respectively.Therefore,Bosentan Tablets were given priority recommendation in the drug catalogue of medical institutions,followed by Ambrisentan Tablets and Macitentan Tablets.Conclusion Bosentan Tablets can be prioritized as the endothelin receptor antagonist in the treatment of PAH by medical institutions.
