某院住院药房口服药品分劈及研磨情况分析

Splitting and Grinding of Oral Drugs in Inpatient Pharmacy of a Hospital

目的为临床合理使用口服药品提供依据。方法收集某院住院药房2022年3月324个品规口服药品的药品说明书中分劈及研磨信息,并检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed等数据库自建库起至2023年4月11日的相关文献,根据药品的剂型和名称对数据进行分类、排序和分析。结果324个品规中,可分劈服用22个,不可分劈服用36个,其余未提及能否分劈服用;可研磨服用7个,不可研磨服用76个,其余未提及能否研磨服用。不可分劈及不可研磨药品涉及缓控释制剂、肠溶制剂及其他片剂或胶囊剂。结论在临床实际应用口服药品过程中,应根据药品说明书中相关规定,参考药品制剂工艺及患者实际情况合理使用。

Objective To provide a basis for the rational use of oral drugs in the clinical practice.Methods The information on splitting and grinding in instructions of 324 specifications of oral drugs in the inpatient pharmacy of a hospital in March 2022 was collected.Relevant studies in the databases such as CNKI,WanFang,VIP,PubMed from the inception of databases to April 11,2023 were searched.The data were classified,sorted and analyzed based on the dosage form and name of drugs.Results In 324 drug specifications,22 specifications could be split,36 specifications could not be split,and no relevant information was mentioned in the drug instructions of other specifications.Seven specifications could be ground,76 specifications could not be ground,and no relevant information was mentioned in the drug instructions of other specifications.The majority of ban-splitting and ban-grinding drugs were sustained-release drugs,controlled-release drugs,enteric-coated drugs and other tablets or capsules.Conclusion We should rational use of oral drugs based on the relevant rules of the drug instructions,drug preparation process and actual condition of patients in the clinical practice.
