川芎定痛胶囊联合文拉法辛治疗慢性偏头痛并抑郁障碍临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chuanxiong Dingtong Capsules Combined with Venlafaxine in the Treatment of Chronic Migraine with Depressive Disorder

目的探讨川芎定痛胶囊联合文拉法辛治疗慢性偏头痛并抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年9月至2021年2月收治的慢性偏头痛并抑郁障碍患者120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。两组患者均口服盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊,观察组患者加服川芎定痛胶囊,两组均连续治疗8周。结果观察组总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的68.33%(P<0.05)。治疗4周、8周后,观察组患者偏头痛综合积分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、头痛影响测评量表-6评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分、偏头痛特异性生活质量评分均显著低于对照组,且观察组治疗8周时均显著低于其治疗4周时(P<0.01);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(6.67%比5.00%,P=1.00)。结论川芎定痛胶囊联合文拉法辛治疗慢性偏头痛并抑郁障碍,可缓解偏头痛,减轻抑郁程度,改善睡眠及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chuanxiong Dingtong Capsules combined with venlafaxine in the treatment of chronic migraine with depressive disorder.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic migraine and depressive disorder admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to February 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsules orally,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Chuanxiong Dingtong Capsules orally.Both groups were treated continuously for eight weeks.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than 68.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After four and eight weeks of treatment,the comprehensive score of migraine,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Headache Impact Test-6(HIT-6),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Migraine-Specific Quality-of-Life Questionnaire(MSQ)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and those in the observation group after eight weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those after four weeks of treatment(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(6.67%vs.5.00%,P=1.00).Conclusion Chuanxiong Dingtong Capsules combined with venlafaxine in the treatment of chronic migraine with depressive disorder can alleviate migraine and depression,improve sleep and quality of life in patients.
