It is a strategic task of the development of higher education to commit to the ideological and political work of university teachers in the new era,which plays an important role in the overall strategic blueprint of building a strong socialist education system.Incorporating the shaping of work spirit into the scope of the ideological and political work of teachers provides a new content supply and approach option for improving ideological and political literacy of teachers.This article discusses the generation logic,theoretical value,realistic problems,and practical approaches of shaping the work spirit of university teachers,in order to provide basis and countermeasures for shaping the work spirit of university teachers,and to provide reference for enriching the connotation of ideological and political work of teachers and improving the ideological and political literacy of teachers.
