TBM开挖施工中产生废水处理技术研究

Study on Treatment Technology of Wastewater Produced in Tunnel TBM Construction

应用试验研究方法,针对广州市花都区北江引水隧道TBM施工工程中产生的废水进行分析,构建科学、高效的TBM施工废水处理技术流程,进而为类似工程问题提供参考,为深入地开展理论分析奠定前期基础。在分析总结当前隧道施工污水处理情况与水质分析资料的同时,结合隧道施工废水沉降速度与粒径数据,基于精细化设计理念,开发出了平流沉淀池、斜管沉淀池与智能精滤机处理技术。在实际工程应用中发现,系统工作状态良好,同时能利用远程操作系统实时监控设备的工作状况,有效地减少人员的工作量,大幅降低了工程成本。

This paper mainly applies the experimental research method to analyze the wastewater discharged during the TBM Shield Excavation construction project of Beijiang water diversion tunnel in Huadu District,Guangzhou city,to construct a scientific and efficient TBM construction sewage treatment technical process,so as to provide reference for similar engineering problems and lay the early foundation for the in-depth theoretical analysis zone.In this paper,while analyzing and summarizing the current tunnel construction sewage treatment situation and water quality analysis data,combined with the tunnel construction sewage settlement speed and particle size data,based on the fine design concept,developed the advection sedimentation tank,inclined pipe sedimen⁃tation tank and intelligent fine filter treatment technology.In the practical engineering application,it is found that the system is in good working condition,and at the same time,it can monitor the working condition of the equipment in real time,effectively reduc⁃ing the workload of personnel and greatly reducing the engineering cost.
