道德话语是人类道德生活中使用的道德概念、词语、命题、论断、故事、文字等。中国共产党的道德话语是用汉语道德语言表达中国共产党的道德思维、道德认知、道德情感、道德信念等采用的一种话语体系。马克思主义的道德话语、中国传统道德话语、中国人民大众的道德话语是中国共产党道德话语创新的主要来源。中国共产党的道德话语创新,始终坚持马克思主义道德话语同中国道德生活实际相结合,同中华优秀传统道德话语相结合,并坚持创新发展理念,坚持将这个理念贯彻于它的实践历程中。中国共产党进行了具有历史使命与时代特色的不同的道德话语创新,主要分为新民主主义革命时期的道德话语创新、社会主义革命和建设时期的道德话语创新、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期的道德话语创新、中国特色社会主义新时代时期的道德话语创新。道德话语创新在中国共产党发展史上具有重要地位和作用,它不仅宣传中国共产党的道德建设道路,而且有利于表达和传播中国共产党的伦理思想和道德观,并且有利于增强中华儿女对中华道德文化的认知和价值认同从而发动群众,甚至为国家的重大战略提供理论和实践支持。中国共产党在推进新时代道德话语创新过程中面临着新的挑战,应对时代挑战是中国共产党的道德话语创新发展的必然要求。中国共产党的道德话语是有世界影响的,中国共产党道德话语创新会对外传播,也会传播到其他国家去,会对世界其他国家政党提供一些启示。

Moral discourse refers to moral concepts,phrases,propositions,judgments,stories,texts,etc.used in human moral life.The moral discourse of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is a kind of discourse system that adopts the Chinese moral language to interpret the CPC's moral thinking,cognition,sentiments,beliefs,and more.Marxist moral discourse,traditional Chinese moral discourse,and the Chinese people's moral discourse provide key fuel for the innovation of the CPC's moral discourse.To innovate its moral discourse,the CPC has consistently integrated the integration between Marxist moral discourse with China's actual moral life and fine traditional Chinese moral discourse,and upheld and imple-mented the innovative development philosophy throughout its practice.Based on its historic missions,the CPC carried out moral discourse innovations in light with the characteristics of different historical periods,mainly including the moral dis-course innovation in the new democratic revolution period,the moral discourse innovation in the socialist revolution and construction period,the moral discourse innovation in the reform,opening up and socialist modernization period,and the moral discourse innovation in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Moral discourse innovation has occupied an importation position and played a key role in the history of the CPC.It not only helps publicize the CPC's path of moral development,but is also conductive to expressing and disseminating the ethical thoughts and moral outlooks of the CPC.Moreover,it can strengthen the Chinese people's awareness and recognition of Chinese moral culture and values,mobilize the people and even provide theoretical and practical support for major national strategies.On the journey to advance moral discourse innovation in the new era,the CPC faces new challenges.Addressing the challenges of the times is necessary for the CPC to achieve innovative development of its moral discourse.The CPC's moral discourse has global implication,and its innovation will also spread to other countries and provide references for political parties around the world.
