高速公路隧道机电安装工程施工风险评估 被引量:4

摘要 为研究机电安装施工风险,以新伊高速公路隧道机电安装工程为依托,通过事故树分析法构建出施工风险评价体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对施工风险模糊度评价值进行计算,依据风险接受准则对各风险因素定级。研究结果表明,工程总体风险等级及准则层风险等级均为三级,为可接受的风险。指标层的风险等级介于二级~四级之间,其中人员安全意识、设备安全程度和隧道照明度因素的风险模糊度评价值较高,需要采取相应的管理措施降低安全事故的发生。通过对隧道机电安装风险进行控制,可以有效地降低风险发生的概率,保障施工安全。 An electromechanical installation project of Xinyi expressway tunnel is taken to study the construction risk of electromechanical installation.The construction risk evaluation system is carried out by the fault tree analysis method,and the construction risk fuzzy evaluation value is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Each risk factor is graded according to the risk acceptance criteria.The re-sults show that the overall risk level of the project and the risk level of the criterion level are both with three levels,which is an acceptable risk.The risk level of the indicator layer is between level two and level four,among which the risk ambiguity evaluation values of personnel safety awareness,equipment safety degree,and tunnel illumination are relatively high.The corresponding management measures need to be taken to reduce the occurrence of safety acci-dents.By controlling the risk of tunnel electromechanical installation,the probability of risk occurrence can be effec-tively reduced and construction safety can be ensured.
