国庆期间北京市中心城区街道空间活力分布特征及影响要素分析

Distribution Characteristics of Urban Vitality and Its Influencing Factors During the National Day Holiday in Downtown Beijing

分析大型节假日期间居民出行活动所反映的城市活力时空分布特征并揭示其影响要素,对理解人是如何利用城市空间显得尤为重要。以北京市主城区的街道管理单元为空间分析基本单元,基于开放数据平台,通过位置签到大数据定量测定国庆期间北京市街道活力,并对其空间分布格局和高低值聚集特征加以分析;利用回归模型来揭示国庆节期间北京市街道活力与城市形态要素之间的关联性。研究结果显示,城市形态要素与街道活力之间存在较强的关联性,并且不同的城市形态要素影响方式亦不相同。研究结论能加强对空间活力内涵的理解,有助于设计更友好的城市空间环境。

Analyzing the spatiotemporal distribution character⁃istics of urban vitality reflected by residents’travel activities during major holidays and revealing its influencing factors are particularly important for understanding how people use urban space.Taking the street management unit in downtown Bei⁃jing as the basic unit of spatial analysis,we use check-in data from open data platform to assess the block vitality in Beijing during the National Day holiday.The spatial distribution char⁃acteristics and clustering patterns are revealed.And the re⁃gression model is used to reveal the relationship between block vitality and urban form factors during the National Day.The results show that there is a strong correlation between ur⁃ban form factors and block vitality.Different urban form fac⁃tors have different influences on block vitality.The conclu⁃sions of this study can strengthen the understanding of space vitality,and help to design more friendly living environment.
