摘要
目的 :探讨湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)治疗老年糖尿病褥疮的有效性 ,寻找理想的治疗方面。方法 :将 4 4例Ⅱ期 ,Ⅲ期 ,Ⅳ期褥疮患者随机分为观察组 (MEBO组 )和对照组各 2 2例 ,MEBO组以MEBO治疗 ,对照组采用创面冲洗 ,庆大霉素与胰岛素敷料包扎结合TDP辐射创面治疗。结果 :MEBO组总有效率 10 0 % ,30天治愈率明显高于对照组 (x2 =4 4 9,p <0 0 5 ) ;平均痊愈时间为 13 4 6± 2 70天 ,明显短于对照组的 18 87± 2 94天 (t=6 36 ,p <0 0 0 1)。结论 :MEBO治疗老年糖尿病褥疮疗效显著 ,方法简便 ,值得推广应用。
Objective: To verify the efficacy of MEBO in treating senile diabetic bedsore and to find an ideal treating method. Method: 44 cases of II, III or IV stage senile diabetic bedsore were randomly divided into 2 groups, 22 cases in a group. In MEBO group, patients were treated with MEBO, while in the control group, Gentamycin and insulin dressings were applied in bandaged way after the wounds were cleaned and associated with TDP radiotherapy. Results: In MEBO group, the curative rate was 100%, curative rate in 30 days was markedly higher than that in the control group (X2=4.49, P<0.05); The average healing time in MEBO group, was 13.46±2.70 days, significantly shorter than 18.87±2.94 days in the control group (t+6.36, P<0.001). Conclusion: MEBO is very efficacious in treating senile diabetic bedsore. It is easy and simple and is worthy to popularize.
