移动应用程序在双相障碍患者疾病自我管理中的研究进展

Research progress of mobile application in disease self-management of patients with bipolar disorder

依托移动应用程序实施的疾病自我管理已被证实能够提高双相障碍患者的疾病自我管理能力,改善患者功能结局,促进疾病预后和转归,减轻社会和家庭的负担。目前国内相关研究仍较少。该文回顾了双相障碍患者疾病自我管理移动应用程序的概况和干预效果,并提出存在的问题和建议,以期为更好地在国内开展双相障碍患者的移动医疗服务提供理论依据和实践参考。

The self-management interventions based on mobile applications have been proven to improve the self-management ability of patients with bipolar disorder,then improve the functional outcomes of patients,promote disease prognosis and functional outcomes,and reduce the disease burden of society and families.At present,there is still a lack of relevant research in China.This paper summarizes the implementation of self-management interventions based on mobile applications for patients with bipolar disorder and then puts forward existing problems and suggestions,intending to provide references for better mobile medical services for bipolar patients in China.
