摘要
以三甲氧基乙烯基硅烷、三甲氧基甲基硅烷、二甲氧基二甲基硅烷和硼酸为主要原料制备了增粘剂,并将其与甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂、含氢硅油混合制备得到LED用灌封胶。研究了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等对增粘剂的粘度和产率的影响。对不同增粘剂用量下灌封胶的剪切强度和透光率进行了测试。结果表明:增粘剂在反应温度65℃,反应时间5 h,催化剂质量分数1.5%时时综合性能最优,粘度57.3 m Pa·s,产率为95.31%。灌封胶在增粘剂添加质量分数为3%时性能最优,剪切强度1.27 MPa,透光率93.54%。
The tackifier was prepared using trimethoxyvinylsilane,trimethoxymethylsilane,dimethoxydimethylsilane and boric acid as main raw materials and then it was further combined with methylvinyl MQ silicone resin and hydrogen-containing silicon oil to prepare the potting adhesive for LED.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst amount on viscosity and yield of the tackifier were investigated.The shear strength and light transmittance of potting adhesive with different amounts of tackifier were tested.The results showed that the tackifier had the best comprehensive performance when the reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst amount was 65℃,5 h and 1.5wt%,respectively.The viscosity and reaction yield of the tackifier was 57.3 mPa·s and 95.31%,respectively.The potting adhesive with 3wt% tackifier had the best performance and the shear strength and light transmittance was 1.27MPa and 93.54%,respectively.
