无溶剂腰果酚涂料研究综合实验教学设计

Comprehensive experimental teaching design on solvent-free cardanol coating research

摘要 设计了一个以天然可再生腰果酚衍生物为反应原料,制备无溶剂双重固化环保涂料的综合性实验。利用羟乙基腰果酚醚(HCE)和高甲醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(HMMM)进行醚交换反应合成了腰果酚基树脂(HF)。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)对树脂结构进行了表征。将HF与商用腰果酚基环氧树脂复配制得双重固化涂料。采用流变仪对所制备涂料粘度进行了测试,通过电子拉力机、动态热机械分析仪(DMA)对涂层力学性能进行了测试。本实验涵盖树脂合成、涂料制备、表征及性能测试,可以使学生掌握多种实验技能,促进学生对环保涂料的认识,增强学生的创新能力与解决问题的能力,从而提升学生的创新思维和综合素质。 A comprehensive experiment was designed to prepare solvent-free dual-curing environmentally friendly coatings using natural renewable cardanol derivatives as reaction raw materials.The cardanol based resin(HF)was synthesized by ether exchange reaction of hydroxyethyl cardanol ether(HCE)and high methylated melamine formaldehyde resin(HMMM).The structure of the resin was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.The HF was compounded with commercial cardanol-based epoxy resin to obtain the dual-curing coating.The viscosity of the coating was tested by rheometer,and the mechanical properties of the coating were tested by electronic tensile machine and dynamic thermomechanical analyzer(DMA).This experiment covers resin synthesis,coating preparation,characterization and performance testing,which can enable students to master a variety of experimental skills,promote students’understanding of environmentally friendly coatings,enhance students’innovation ability and problem-solving ability,and improve students’innovative thinking and comprehensive quality.
