生物基阻燃剂的合成及其在环氧树脂中的应用 被引量:1

Synthesis of bio-based flame retardant and its application for epoxy resin

摘要 以单宁酸(TA)和六氯三聚磷腈(HCCP)为原料,通过接枝反应合成了一种新型生物基阻燃剂TAP,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并将其应于环氧树脂(EP)中。通过热重分析(TGA)、氧指数(LOI)和垂直燃烧等级测试(UL-94)、锥形量热(CCT)以及宏观形貌分析研究了TAP用量对环氧复合材料阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:当TAP与EP的质量比为1∶10时,EP复合材料的LOI最高达28.8%,UL-94为V-0级,700℃下残炭率达20.1%,热释放速率峰值(PHRR)、总热释放量(THR)、烟释放速率峰值(PSRP)、烟气释放总量(TSP)、CO和CO_(2)释放量较纯EP样品分别降低了35.73%,12.4%,34.28%,21.94%,35.5%和49%,成炭性和阻燃性显著提高。 A novel bio-based flame retardant TAP was synthesized by grafting reaction using tannic acid(TA)and hexachlorophosphazene(HCCP)as raw materials,and its structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The TAP was applied to epoxy resin(EP).The effect of TAP dosage on the flame retardant properties of epoxy composites was studied by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),oxygen index(LOI)and vertical combustion grade test(UL-94),cone calorimetry(CCT)and macroscopic morphology analysis.The results showed that when the mass ratio of TAP to EP was 1∶10,the LOI of EP composites was up to 28.8%,UL-94 was V-0 grade,and the residual carbon rate at 700℃reached 20.1%.Compared with pure EP samples,the peak heat release rate(PHRR),total heat release(THR),peak smoke release rate(PSRP),total smoke release(TSP),CO and CO_(2)emissions were reduced by 35.73%,12.4%,34.28%,21.94%,35.5%and 49%,respectively.The charring and flame retardancy were significantly improved.
