CFA8125替代正戊烷在聚氨酯夹芯板发泡中的应用

摘要 将环保聚氨酯无氯氟发泡剂CFA8125与正戊烷混配,用于聚氨酯夹芯板发泡。测试了发泡材料的压缩强度、闭孔率、导热系数、燃烧性能及微观形态。结果表明,当CFA8125和NP的质量比为1∶1.07时,制备的板材导热系数最低,压缩强度高,尺寸稳定性好,且燃烧性能满足B2级要求,在各类冷库和工商业建筑中有良好的应用前景。 The environmentally friendly polyurethane chlorofluorine-free foaming agent CFA8125 was mixed with n-pentane for polyurethane sandwich plate foaming.The compressive strength,closed cell ratio,thermal conductivity,combustion performance and micromorphology of the foamed material were tested.The results showed that when the mass ratio of CFA8125 and NP was 1∶1.07,the prepared plate had the lowest thermal conductivity,high compressive strength and dimensional stability.The combustion performance of the plate met the requirements of B2 class,and had good application prospects in various cold storages and industrial and commercial buildings.
