精密铜薄带冷轧加工残余应力有限元模拟及试验研究

摘要 为了分析轧制工艺参数对精密铜薄带残余应力的影响,根据有限元分析理论建立C19400铜轧件轧制模型。采用正交试验设计法对精密铜薄带轧制的工艺参数进行优化,并利用极差法分析不同的轧制速度、压下量、轧辊直径对精密铜薄带残余应力的影响。最后,通过测量轧板残余应力对模拟进行验证。研究表明:在精密铜薄带的轧制过程中,对轧件已加工表面残余应力的影响因素由小到大依次为:轧制压下量、轧制速度、轧辊直径;通过有限元模拟及试验,轧制后的轧板两侧的残余应力比较大,而轧板中部的残余应力相对较小。在研究范围内,残余应力随着轧辊直径的增大而逐渐增大。 In order to analyze the influence of rolling process parameters on the residual stress of precision copper strips,according to the finite element analysis theory,the rolling model of C19400 copper rolling parts was established.The orthogonal experimental design method was used to optimize the technical parameters of the precision copper strip rolling,and the range method was used to analyze the influence of different rolling speeds,reductions and roll diameters on the residual stress of the precision copper strip.Finally,the simulation was verified by measuring the residual stress of rolling plate.The research shows that in the rolling process of precision copper strip,the influence factors on the residual stress of machined surface of the rolled piece from small to large are as follows:rolling reduction,rolling speed,roll diameter;through finite element simulation and experiment,the residual stress on both sides of the rolled plate after rolling is relatively large,while the residual stress in the middle of the rolled plate is relatively small.In the research range,the residual stress gradually increases with the increase of the roll diameter.
