摘要
光动力疗法(PDT)是一种高效、安全、无创的治疗方法,目前广泛应用于治疗尖锐湿疣、光线性角化病、基底细胞癌、鲍恩病等多种皮肤病。PDT治疗过程中产生的疼痛是制约其临床应用的主要原因,目前疼痛产生的机制尚未清楚,其主要影响因素包括个体特征、皮损特征和治疗参数等。临床可通过光动力技术改良、物理干预及药物干预等方式降低疼痛感。本文主要对影响PDT治疗时疼痛感的因素以及疼痛管理的相关措施进行综述。
Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is an efficient,safe and non-invasive treatment method that is widely used to treat various skin conditions such as actinic keratosis,basal cell carcinoma,Bowen′s disease and condyloma acuminatum,etc.The pain generated during PDT treatment is the major limitation to its clinical application.The mechanism of pain generation is not clear,and the main influencing factors include individual characteristics,lesion characteristics and therapeutic parameters.Clinically,the pain can be reduced by photodynamic modifications,physical interventions and pharmacological interventions.This article focuses on a review of the factors that influence pain perception during PDT treatment and the measures associated with pain management.
