摘要
光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)因其微创、低毒、高选择性和显著的疗效,已成为常用的临床治疗方法。目前,PDT的应用主要集中在肿瘤、癌前病变、感染性疾病以及鲜红斑痣等治疗上。研究发现,PDT除了对血管、肿瘤细胞和微生物本身产生直接影响外,还影响局部免疫系统。同时,PDT的疗效取决于完整机体免疫系统的存在。本文将对光动力疗法有效性的免疫机制及在疾病中的研究进展予以综述。
Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has become a common clinical treatment because of its minimally invasive,low toxicity,high selectivity and remarkable efficacy.At present,the application of PDT is mainly focused on the treatment of tumors,precancerous lesions,infectious diseases and port wine stains.Studies have found that PDT affects the local immune system in addition to its direct effects on blood vessels,tumor cells,and the microbes.Also,the efficacy of PDT depends on the presence of an intact immune system.This article will review the immune mechanism of photodynamic therapy effectiveness and the research progress in disease.
