非黑素瘤性皮肤肿瘤是全球发病率最高的肿瘤,其发病与紫外线暴露相关,且位于特殊部位常难以手术治疗,严重影响患者生活与自信。近年来,光动力疗法作为一种无创或微创的替代疗法,在非黑素瘤性皮肤肿瘤中广泛应用。本文就光动力疗法对于基底细胞癌、鲍温病和鳞状细胞癌的国内外研究进展及指南进行总结,为皮肤科医生对光动力治疗皮肤肿瘤的方案提供新思路。

Non-melanoma skin tumors are the most prevalent tumors worldwide.They are associated with UV exposure and located in specific areas that are often difficult to treat surgically,seriously affecting patients′lives and self-confidence.In recent years,photodynamic therapy,as a non-invasive or minimally invasive alternative therapy,has been widely used in non-melanoma skin tumors.This article summarizes the research advances and guidelines on photodynamic therapy for basal cell carcinoma,Bowen′s disease and squamous cell carcinoma,providing dermatologists with new ideas on the options for the photodynamic treatment of skin tumors.
