摘要 电力技术不断进步,对火电厂的生产、运营、管控能力提出了更高的要求,促使火电厂建设从自动化、数字化、信息化逐步向智能化转变。目前,我国火电厂尚处于信息化发展阶段,管理方式较为粗犷,缺乏可视化的精细管控能力,在电厂的运行管理中,无法直观、完整地浏览、查阅各类信息。基于某电厂百万千瓦超超临界间接空冷燃煤发电机组技术支撑,采用先进的三维建模技术,建立高精度的火电厂全厂三维模型,构建全景穿透式的虚拟电厂,通过与电厂设备数据关联和业务系统集成,实现对人员、设备的可视化管控。 The continuous progress of power technology has put forward higher requirements for the production,operation,and control capabilities of thermal power plants,prompting the construction of thermal power plants to gradually shift from automation,digitization,and informatization to intelligence.At present,China's thermal power plants are still in the stage of information development,with relatively rough management methods and a lack of visual and precise control capabilities.In the operation and management of power plants,it is difficult to intuitively and completely browse and access various types of information.Based on the technical support of a million kilowatt ultra supercritical indirect air-cooled coal-fired power generation unit in a certain power plant,this article adopts advanced 3D modeling technology to establish a high-precision three-dimensional model of the entire thermal power plant,and constructs a panoramic and penetrating virtual power plant.Through data association with power plant equipment and business system integration,visual control of personnel and equipment is achieved.
