Technical Plan for Safe Broadcasting of High Definition Television in County Level Integrated Media Center

随着科技的发展,电视技术不断更新迭代,从模拟电视到数字电视,从标清信号到高清信号,从硬盘播出到IP播出,电视播出系统变得越来越智能化,集成化程度也越来越高。浙江省广播电视事业发展走在全国前列,目前电视播出系统已全面进入高清化时代。随着时代的发展,安全播出对技术的要求越来越高。为此,阐述安全播出的重要性,以建德市融媒体中心高清电视播出系统的建设为例,从供电、信号源、素材存储、信号链路、网络安全五个方面,介绍高清电视安全播出技术方案。

With the development of technology,television technology continues to update and iterate.From analog television to digital television,from standard definition signals to high-definition signals,from hard disk broadcasting to IP broadcasting,television broadcasting systems have become increasingly intelligent and integrated.The development of broadcasting and television in Zhejang province is at the forefront of the country,and currently the television broadcasting system has fully entered the era of high-definition.With the development of the times,the technical requirements for secure broadcasting are becoming increasingly high.Therefore,this article elaborates on the importance of safe broadcasting.Taking the construction of the high-definition television broadcasting system at Jiande convergent media center as an example,it introduces the technical solutions for safe broadcasting of high-definition television from five aspects:power supply,signal source,material storage,signal link,and network security.
