智能汽车场景下乘员保护虚拟仿真研究

Research on Virtual Simulation of Occupant Protection in Intelligent Vehicle Scenarios

摘要 智能汽车的发展和应用,带来新的碰撞安全场景。本文重点研究智能汽车车内不同乘员姿态、车内布置结构变化以及AEB系统作用等因素带来的碰撞安全场景,通过有限元仿真分析法深入分析不同场景下车内乘员及车外行人伤害情况。结果表明:驾乘人员多样化的乘坐姿态使得碰撞工况中的乘员损伤的潜在风险增大,车内大屏等新型内饰会加剧碰撞工况中乘员伤害,AEB作用后能够降低车外行人伤害,但一定程度上会加剧乘员的损伤风险。可见,汽车智能化发展增加了碰撞场景的复杂性,对车辆乘员保护性能提出了更高的要求,亟需开展研究。 The development and application of intelligent vehicles bring new collision safety scenarios.This paper focuses on the collision safety scenarios caused by different occupant attitudes,the changes of interior layout structure and application of AEB system in the intelligent vehicle,and analyzes the injuries of passengers and pedestrians outside the vehicle in different scenarios through finite element simulation analysis.The results show that the diversified riding posture of drivers and passengers increases the potential risk of occupant injury in the collision condition,and the new interior decoration such as the big screen in the car increases the occupant injury in the collision condition.The effect of AEB can reduce the injury of laymen,but to some extent,it will aggravate the occupant injury risk.It can be seen that the development of automobile intelligence has increased the complexity of collision scenes and put forward higher requirements for occupant protection performance of vehicles,which is in urgent need of in-depth research.
